Our Founder

Ms. Charu Vermani

Charu is the Founder & CEO of iXpress – The English Language Program, a structured and research-based initiative designed to build English proficiency in children aged 5 to 15. As a certified professional from Dale Carnegie and the Quality Council of India, and having trained and consulted for the British Council’s Connecting Classrooms Program, my work has always centred around meaningful, experiential learning.

Over the years, she along with her team has gained the privilege of training 100,000+ students, 25,000+ teachers, and 10,000+ school leaders across India. With a passion for designing impactful educational solutions, She has conceptualized several experiential and inquiry-based programs for schools, including the CURIO Program, which was awarded Best Pre-School Curriculum 2019–20 by Brainfeed.

Her journey has been recognized with honours such as Woman of the Year 2019 (FICCI) and Impeccable Achiever – Entrepreneur in Education (SEAS Global Women Achievers Award). I was also featured by Humans of Bombay in 2018.

As an entrepreneur and mentor, she continues to guide schools and education-focused projects, contributing to curriculum design, language development programs, skilling initiatives, and strategic growth in the education sector. With the business acumen, she has been involved in strategizing business ideas and plans of varied school programs ranging from training, curriculum designing, development of language programs and turn-key solutions for setting up new schools.
